By accessing or using the Deep Learning Academy website (dpla.app) or enrolling in any of our training programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Deep Learning Academy (3 Coin Investments PTY LTD, CIPC Reg: 2016/019904/07) provides workplace training programmes. Course content, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All programmes are delivered on-site unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation. Full payment is required prior to commencement of training unless a credit agreement is in place. Rates are quoted per delegate, excluding VAT.
Cancellations made more than 5 business days prior to the training date will receive a full credit note. Cancellations within 5 business days will be charged at 50% of the course fee. No-shows are charged at 100%. Substitution of delegates is permitted at no charge.
All training materials, course content, slides, handouts, and assessments are the intellectual property of Deep Learning Academy. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Deep Learning Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our training materials or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific training programme in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
